PHOTOGRAPHS:

Must be approved by Rosemary Mills before an order is confirmed.

PAYMENT:

Commission orders will only be accepted with a 50% non-refundable deposit.  On completion of the portrait, customers will be sent a preview image for approval.  Any alterations at this point are free of charge.  On approval of final preview, payment in full is required on receipt of the portrait if delivered personally, or prior to posting.  All portraints remain the property of Rosemary Elizabeth Mills until paid in full.

TIMESCALE:

Acompletion date will be given at time of ordering . Although every effort will be made to meet this, it should not be regarded as an absolute guarantee.

DELIVERY:

Will be made in person wherever possible. Otherwise portraits will be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are covered against loss or damage whilst in transit.

COPYRIGHT:

Reproduction and publishing rights for all artwork remain with Rosemary Elizabeth Mills and images must not be copied without her permission. The Client agrees that commissioned images may be used by Rosemary Elizabeth Mills for promotional purposes, prints for sale or any other purpose.
