HOW TO COMMISSION A PORTRAIT

You can supply a photograph as a traditional print (as big as possible) or you could send a cd, or email for approval. Once I have approved your photograph, we can discuss your portrait requirements ie. Size, frame (optional), style (head study), background (optional) , name of horse (optional), alterations if required ie removing bridle or headcollar, date required if applicable.

A good clear photograph of the horse’s head is required, taken without flash in natural light, but not in sunlight, wherever possible. It should be a high resolution, taken close enough to fill the viewfinder. Take as many photographs as possible.  Photographs are returned safely.
